Limited Warranty

 

Fixtures

All fixtures manufactured by RENOVA are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship, and that under normal installation and operating conditions, they will be free from failure for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice. Lamp-failure, damage incurred in transit, or from handling is excluded from the terms of this warranty. The RENOVA warranty covers only repair or replacement at our facility of the defective part(s), to the original purchaser, and excludes any responsibility for labor costs, freight expense or other loss of profit incurred by the purchaser. RENOVA reserves the right to examine the reported defective product, or the right to require other proof, satisfactory to RENOVA, of the defect.

• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. We further reserve the right to refuse to honor the above warranty for any product(s) altered, improperly installed, or installed in applications for which it is not intended.
• The above warranty does not apply to reflectors or ballasts; the makers of ballasts provide warranties for their products which remain in force when used as components of RENOVA products. Copies of such warranties are available upon request. See separate
  limited warranty for RENOVA reflectors.

 

Reflectors

All reflectors manufactured by RENOVA are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship, under normal installation and operating conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice. In addition, RENOVA warrants that for a twenty-five (25) year period from the date of purchase for polished aluminum and Miro4 enhanced aluminum reflectors and a one (1) year period for highly reflective white paint reflectors, that the reflector will not discolor (including fading), delaminate, blister or develop any significant surface deterioration that may reduce source image reflectance due to exposure to fluorescent lamp radiation and heat up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Damage incurred in transit or by other means, including but not limited to, neglect, improper cleaning or storage, accident and abuse is excluded from the terms of this warranty. RENOVA shall not be liable for any damages arising from product defects. The RENOVA warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and excludes any responsibility for labor costs, freight expense or other loss of profit incurred by the purchaser.
